India Home Loan Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 19, 2014, to allot the equity shares on account of conversion of warrants.<br/><br/>The Company has received Rs. 1,45,12,500 against Rs. 13,66,87,500 towards the subscription of 4,30,000 convertible warrants against 40,50,000 convertible warrants.
