India Nippon Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that the Record Date for the Interim Dividend for the year 2013-14 will be February 11, 2014 and the dividend warrant will be dated February 18, 2014 which will despatched to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on the Record Date.
