We would like to inform you that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 2 p.m (IST), through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).The Company has fixed Friday, June 16, 2023 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the EGM.
