Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the record date for the purpose of determining the names of members eligible for receipt of Second Interim Dividend, of Rs. 5.50 per equity share (on the face value of Rs. 2 per share) for the financial year 2012-2013, declared by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2013, will be February 4, 2013. The dividend will be paid on or before February 20, 2013.
