Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd - Board declares Third Interim Dividend

Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2015, inter alia, has declared a third Interim Dividend of Rs. 9/- per equity share (on the face value of Rs. 2 per share) for the financial year 2014-2015. The dividend will be paid on or before February 17, 2015.
