Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2013, inter alia, has declared a second Interim dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share (on the face value of Rs. 2 per share) for the financial year 2013-14 on all equity shares of the Company, excluding 4,25,00,000 treasury shares.
