Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on<br/>January 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI Regulations, (Prohibition of Insider Trading) 1992, shall remain closed from January 23, 2014 to January 31, 2014 (both days inclusive), in view of Board Meeting scheduled for January 30, 2014, for the aforesaid purpose.
