With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Book Closure from September 22, 2014 to September 29, 2014 for the propose of AGM to be held on September 29, 2014, Indiabulls Securities Ltd has now informed BSE that the purpose of the aforesaid book closure dates (from September 22, 2014 to September 29, 2014) is also for determining the names of the members eligible for receipt of the second interim dividend, if declared at the ensuing Board meeting to be held on September 12, 2014.
