Indiabulls Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2014, inter alia, has declared the Fourth Interim Dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share (on the face value of Rs. 2 per share) for the financial year 2013-14. The dividend will be paid on or before May 21, 2014.
