Indiabulls Wholesale Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 03, 2015, to consider and approve, inter alia, the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, has been closed and shall remain closed till August 05, 2015, in view of Board Meeting scheduled for August 03, 2015, for the aforesaid purpose.
