Indian Bank has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, for approving the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / half-year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window for dealings in securities of the Bank will remain closed from October 28, 2014 to November 07, 2014 (both days inclusive) for Directors / Designated Employees of the Bank. The Trading Window will open on November 10, 2014.
