INDIAN BANK - Fixes Record Date for Interim Dividend

Indian Bank has informed BSE that the Record Date to ascertain the shareholders eligible to receive the Interim Dividend is fixed as January 21, 2014 and the date of payment of Interim Dividend will be January 25, 2014.
