INDIAN BANK - Change in Directorate

Shri. Deepak D Samant, who has been appointed as Officer Employee Director on the Board of Directors of Indian Bank for a period of three years vide Government of India Notification dated March 11, 2014, ceases to be a director of the Bank on completion of his three years tenure on March 10, 2017. This is in compliance to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
