INDIAN BANK - Change in Directorate

Indian Bank has informed BSE that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section 3 of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 / 1980, read with sub-clause (1) of Clause 3, clause 6 and sub-clause (1) of clause 8 of the Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970 / 1980, the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, vide Notification dated November 02, 2015, has appointed Shri. Mahesh Kumar Jain, Executive Director, Indian Bank as MD & CEO, Indian Bank, for a period of three years from the date of taking over the charge of the post or till the date of his superannuation or till further orders, whichever is earliest.<BR><BR>Shri. Mahesh Kumar Jain assumed charge as MD & CEO of Indian Bank on November 02, 2015.
