Indian Hotels Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter-alia, to consider the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and related matters.<BR><BR>Further, Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Insider Trading Regulations, the Company has intimated its designated employees regarding the closure of the Trading Window from May 19, 2015 till May 31, 2015, for the purpose of adoption of the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015. The Trading Window shall re-open on June 01, 2015.
