INDIAN HOTELS CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 19, 2024, to consider inter-alia the Unaudited (Reviewed) Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Reports thereon for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Further pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Company has intimated its Designated Employees regarding the closure of trading window from June 24, 2024 and the same shall reopen 48 hours after the results are made public.
