Indian Hotels Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its designated employees regarding the closure of the Trading Window from December 23, 2015 upto January 16, 2016, for the purpose of adoption of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015. The trading window shall re-open on January 17, 2016.
