With reference to the earlier letter dated January 12, 2017 intimating the date of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled on January 31, 2017, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that Board of the Company may consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2016-17 in its Board Meeting scheduled on January 31, 2017.
