Indian Overseas Bank has informed BSE that as per notification received from the Government of India dated March 13, 2014 appointing Shri Nirmal Chand as RBI Nominee Director, Shri S. V. Raghavan, RBI Nominee Director, ceases to be a director on the Board from the close of office/business hours of March 12, 2014.
