INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK - FY14 results on April 29, 2014

Indian Overseas Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on April 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend Dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2014.
