INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK - Outcome of Board Meeting

Indian Overseas Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on May 08, 2015, do not recommend any dividend for the shareholders, for the Financial Year 2014-15, as the Bank does not conform to the eligibility criteria.
