Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that consequent to attaining age of superannuation on 31st May, 2023, Smt. Rajni Hasija (DIN: 08083674) has completed the tenure of Director (Tourism & Marketing), IRCTC. Owing to her superannuation as mentioned above, she also ceases to hold the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director, IRCTC.
