Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Directorate

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, it is hereby informed that Ministry of Railways, Government of India's vide its letter No. 2016/E(O)II/40/18 dated 29th May 2023 has entrusted additional charge of the post of Director (Tourism & Marketing), IRCTC to Shri Kamlesh Kumar Mishra, IRTS, ED (BD) /Railway Board (DIN:10186377), in addition to his own, w.e.f. 1st June, 2023, till the appointment of regular incumbent to the post or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
