INDIAN TERRAIN FASHIONS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

We hereby inform that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading in respect of Securities of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, 01st October 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September 2022. Accordingly, all the designated persons (including dependents and immediate relatives as per code) are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
