IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that in pursuance of the Regulation 30 (5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015, the policy for determining materiality of Information or Events had been adopted by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on November 04, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the said policy, Mr. Rajesh Nuwal, Managing Director & CFO and Mr. Jinesh Doshi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, have been severally authorized to determine the materiality of event/information and to make the disclosures of the said event/information to the stock exchange.
