IndiaNivesh Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2014, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Anil Bafna as a Director of the Company. Hence, he ceases to be on the Board of the Company with effect from March 11, 2014.
