Indigo Paints Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code of Conduct'), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company covered under the Code of Conduct, from 01 July, 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the aforesaid results shall be intimated in due course. Kindly take the same on record.
