Indo Amines Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 04, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider the proposal for approval of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider the proposal for approval of assets and liabilities statement for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>3. To consider recommendation of Final Dividend, if any.
