Indo Amines Ltd has informed BSE that the Senior Personal of the Company ("Specified Persons") along with their dependant Family Members are advised not to deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Securities of the Company during November 03, 2014 to November 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) the periods when the Trading Window is closed, as referred to in sub-paragraph 4(b) of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.<br/><br/>The Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is closed on account of declaration of unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Hence the "Specified Persons" are requested to deal with the Securities of the Company only after November 09, 2014 subject to compliance with the guidelines of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
