Indo City Infotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2015, has accepted the resignation of Ms. Deepika Pandey, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from November 11, 2015.<BR><BR>In the same meeting, Mr. Ramesh Chandra Pusola, CFO of the Company, has been appointed as a Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from November 11, 2015.<BR>
