Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors through Circular Resolution has appointed Mr. Sanjay Kasture, holding the prescribed qualification under Section 2 (45) of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Secretary) Rules 1988 as Whole time Secretary of the Company effective Dec 31, 2014.
