The name of existing 'Remuneration Committee' has been changed as "Nomination And Remuneration Committee" as per requirement under Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>4. The name of Existing Shareholders' Committee 'Shareholders'/Investors Grievance Committee' has been changed as 'Stakeholder Relationship Committee as per requirement under Companies Act, 2013.
