Indo Thai Fincap Limited (the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Indo Thai Securities Limited); and further to inform that Mr. Dhanpal Doshi, Mr. Parasmal Doshi and Mr. Om Prakash Gauba has resigned from Board of aforesaid Company from the date of December 19, 2014.
