INDO-CITY INFOTECH LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

With reference to above subject, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company " Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" read with BSE circular No. List/Comp/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st July, 2024 to till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Finacial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. The Trading window shall open after 48 hours of declartion of the said results. The date of Board meeting to consider, iter alia, Unaudited Finanacial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 shall be intimated seprately in due course.
