With reference to above subject, we wish to inform you that in terms of Company "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Moniotr and Report Trading by Insiders" read with BSE circular No. List/Com/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st October, 2024 to till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaduted Finaical Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024. The Trading window shall open after 48 hours od declaration of the said results. The date of Board meeting to consider, inter alia, Unaudited Finacial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2024 shall be intimated seprately in due course.
