Indoco Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2015, have approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Mr. Sundeep V. Bambolkar, Jt. Managing Director, of the Company be designated as Jt. Managing Director & CFO of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Sunil D. Joshi, CFO & Company Secretary of the Company be designated as President Finance & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
