INDOCO REMEDIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Indoco Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on July 30, 2015, inter alia, for taking on record the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed with effect from July 23, 2015 and shall end after 48 hours from the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
