Please note, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and the Company''s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for trading shares of the Company will remain closed for directors/KMPs/designated persons and their immediate relatives/connected person of the Company from Monday, April 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours of the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2024.
