INDRAPRASTHA GAS LTD. - Board to consider Interim Dividend

Indraprastha Gas Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on March 16, 2020, inter alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20.<BR><BR>The Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed w.e.f. March 04, 2020, till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of interim dividend, if so, by the Board, is made public on March 16, 2020.
