Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, will remain closed with effect from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2021.<BR> The date of the Board Meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2021, shall be intimated separately.<BR>
