INDSOYA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the company will remain closed for dealing in the shares of the company by the designated persons and their relatives form 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours of the declaration of the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2024.
