INDUSIND BANK LTD. - Grant of Options

Indusind Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Bank has, on May 22, 2015 (Grant Date), made a Grant of 52,600 Options, in aggregate, under "Indusind Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2007" to 8 employees of the Bank, subject to necessary approvals, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (ESOS and ESPS) Guidelines, 1999, including any amendments therein.<BR><BR>The aforesaid Options would vest equally over a period of 3 years from the date of grant, spread @ 33% - 33% - 34% at intervals of one year from the date of grant. The Options so granted and vested would have to be exercised within a period of five years from the date of vesting of such Options.
