INDUSIND BANK LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Indusind Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from June 26, 2015 till the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2015 and up to the second trading day thereafter for all the employees / Directors / Promoters of the Bank and other Connected Persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>The date of the Board Meeting of the Bank for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated shortly.
