Regulations 2015, we hereby inform that the Compensation and Nomination & Remunaration Committee on March 20, 2024, had approved grant of 33,500 Stock Options (convertible into 33,500 Equity shares of the Bank, upon exercise) to 4 Eligible Employees in terms of the ESOP Scheme.
