INDUSIND BANK LTD. - Allotment of shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 691150 (Six Lakh Ninety One Thousand One Hundred Fifty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on January 21, 2016 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.<BR><BR>The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
