Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended thereto and Company''s Internal code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for the purpose of dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The Company shall inform the stock exchange about the schedule for declaration of audited financial results for quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024 is due course.
