Pursuant to provisions of closure of Trading Window under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in line with company''s Internal code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, we wish to inform that the trading window for the purpose of dealing in securities of the Company by designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for Q1 ended 30th June, 2024.
