Further to our letter dated November 15, 2022 and January 11, 2023, under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that IITL Nimbus The Palm Village has repaid the balance outstanding loan of Rs.2,25,00,000/- to the Company. The Company has received full and final payment from IITL Nimbus The Palm Village.
