INEOS Styrolution India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2016, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To approve the audited financial results for the quarter and the financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and;<BR><BR>2. To recommend dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>- Earnings Call<BR><BR>The Company has organized an Earnings Call in respect of its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016 with its stakeholders.
