Infinite Computer Solutions (India) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Rajat Kalra, Company Secretary of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from January 19, 2015 in place of Mr. Sanjeev Gulati.<BR><BR>It may also be kindly noted that Mr. Sanjeev Gulati shall continue to remain with the Company in his role as Executive Vice President & CFO.
